“Come Holy Spirit, Creator blest, and in our souls take up Thy rest.”
This Fall we will be reading and discussing “The Holy Spirit: A Bible Study Guide for Catholics” by Father Mitch Pacwa S.J. a well-known author and EWTN host.
At every Mass we “adore and glorify” the Holy Spirit with the Father and the Son, but do we really understand the power or actions of the Spirit? Father Pacwa’s program includes Old and New Testament readings, scripture commentary, and will help answer questions like: How did the Holy Spirit work through the prophets? How did the Holy Spirit empower Mary and others in the New Testament? How does the Spirit give us wisdom and lead us to truth?
